AUBURN, Ala.- The last day to register to vote in the upcoming 2026 Municipal Election will be Aug. 10. The election will take place on Aug. 25, giving voters a chance to elect members of the Auburn City Council.

All registered voters who have lived within Auburn City limits for at least 30 days before the election may vote in the Aug. 25 election. Voters may register with the Lee County Board of Registrars at the Benny G. Adkins Meeting Center (205 S. 10th St. in Opelika) or at alabamavotes.gov. Voters may also print a registration form available at alabamavotes.gov, fill it out and mail it to the Lee County Board of Registrars at P.O. Box 1530, Opelika, AL, 36803.
